Let's add a prayer to that.  [smiley=angel.gif] Last time I rode in snow was on a 125cc honda as a kid, was better than riding on the gravel and almost as much fun as riding the snowmobile without snow on the ground.

I rode out of Yellowstone last year in the snow.  I was riding 2-up with my wife.  I actually pulled the plug on the chatterbox so I wouldn't have to listen to her repeat how crazy we were.

You guys are absolutely amazing to me.  DDL and shovelhead, riding in the snow would really have to be one of those "had to" rides for me.  I grew up in the great white north, so it is not that it foreign to me, but foreign on two wheels it sure would be. Thanks for sharing your stories and pics.  Shovel,  417,876 miles...... awesome.

UPDATE:

The ride was a joke. All except the cager who almost killed me on Rt 1A in Revere. I'm right next to her and she decides my lane would be a good location for her car. No turn signal..nothin'

She got a prime example of my profanity proficiency when I got up next to her at the light.

Some people suggest going to Home Depot and grabbing a few lug nuts for situations such as this. I prefer the vocal approach myself.

Either way..I'm home. And now must wipe down the ride for today's foray into Fenway!

Since it is a hot topic in the local news today....how much will it cost to park the bike at a lot near Fenway?  $100 for a car at some locations.

Last year my wife got comp tickets to a game, skybox ... I told her the only way we can go is if they also get us parking too for the Harley...the person providing the tix came through but said it was harder to come by than the tix to the game!

What part of Michigan are you from?
Back in the days, Sounds like you were a dirt rider.
305 scrambler, Penton, Bultaco...
Same bikes I had in that era.
As you can see I still live in Mi.
Back in the 60's and 70's my home was in Wayne.
We did alot of riding in the Westbranch and Rose City area.
Racing in Flint, Red Bud, Lima Ohio and at Brighton MI (Mustang M/C).
By chance are you Greg? We called him Shovelhead.

Been there, done that... Experience is better than luck for sure. But my suggestion - "Get a room." Have a planning meeting - requires Crown Royal, Fireplace, warmth, bear rug, my lady. Gee forgot about the snow... wow.

will give ya a clue - anyone remember a band called Midnight Oil front the late 60's - I wa the original drummer - sold the name to the Aussie's early 70''s -
yes tt track and flat track racer from that era - Brigston was 6th in the state - also at the 25th anniversary of Mid Ohio race track was 4 th in the Dart Kart CLub for so called go karts (118 mph)
the Yellow CVO is my 31st motorcycle I have owned and my plate ord'd says LASTHD
Amble Mich was my residents - was in my family for 108 yrs until I sold it 3 yrs ago
like they say - two wheel slides are easier than 4 wheel slides - like people who do not ride in the rain - or at night - what you are not up on - your down on - gotta know your limits - including over 5,000 skydives I am still looking for my limit - including night water jumps (some with air sea rescue air force) l I have a long history
