Unplug the unit and look inside the two plugs, make sure all is good in there .  For example mine would not work so I check it and one of the pins was not locked in properly.  So I took a neddle nose plier gave it a firm tug (till it clicked/locked in place) plug it back in an presto it work.  Good luck,  let's Roll
