The company actually dug up my SED copy after I saw that you could download a copy of the plaque when I got one for my SEEG.  Pretty cool of them to do this I thought!

I got one.  They did not tell me about it when I picked the bike up.  It came Fed Ex about a month later.  I thought this was a good marketing technique.  Sorry the pic is not better.

That's the one I got too.  My wife got the same thing for hers in '02.  And if you send them an email, they will make you one for anything!  But I still haven't gotten a customer service survey.  I really would like a forum to exercise my voice aboutt eh treatment I got from my dealer...
