I was at one of the shops today here in the Sac area and overheard a conversation some service guys. Someones 2007 Ultra CVO blew and the guy didn't want anything to do with the 110 inch. He had them put in a Jims 131 inch and to top this off the DMV did a re VIN for the new motor. Is that luck or what? They were comenting that DMV didn't ask any questions about the new motor and the guy told them the old motor blew, was unrepairable and the new one is the replacement. He is now running around with a Calif approved hot rod Ultra that he can resale anytime. Anyone else have such luck or similar experience?

All you have to do is write the check for the new motor and do the same at your DMV-Be nice and you can get it done, I've got a 3/4 ton truck with car tags it's that easy.
