Exigent covers are the best.
Great people to deal with.
Made in the USA.
I use it with the J&M Shorty's. I cut 2 slices in the cover about 1" long at the base of the antennas and had 2 leather patches added to the inside of the cover at the slices then I sliced the leather patches. This keeps the cover from ripping at the slice.
In the summer 06 on the first night of vacation in VA some A$$Hole backed into the bike tipping it completely over on its side. The cover was on the bike and there was a lot of damage to the bike but that cover saved the bike from much more. The insurance adjuster couldn't believe it when I showed him the pictures and was totally surprised at how little damage there was compared to how the bike was laying on the pavement.
He also gave me money to buy a new cover because the cover had some small tears in it but it still works fine.
The driver took off and it became a hit and run. The police never found the vehicle. Luckily a witness seen it for the police report so it was a not at fault accident with my insurance co.

Another thing to consider is the Exigent cover packs extremely small for traveling taking up very little space. A very important feature because I ride 2up with my wife 100% of the time and space is at a premium.

Seems like it would be smart to have something sewn on it that acts like a reflector. Noticing how that flatfoot car shows up as compared to the bike, not that the Foll should have hit it though.  :(

You know this might sound cheap, but I believe it's practical as well.  When I owned my 02 FLSTCI it didn't come with a cover so I simply went to Walmart and paid $25 for a generic large motorcycle cover.  I kept the cover when I sold the Heritage and use it on the copper top when I park outside.  Now it's true that it doesn't have any pretty little wings on it, but it fits perfectly and after sprayng it with a can of Scotch Guard it sheds water like a duck, yet still breathes.  To accomodate the two antennas I sat down at the sewing machine and sewed in a piece of backer material and then sewed two one inch long button holes in which I cut a small slit to pass the antennas through.  It looks good and is a better fit than the Harley cover.  In time I suppose I could always sew a set of wings on or perhaps the large CVO patch.  Just an idea folks for those of us who are financially destitute now.
