OSAMCAT

I had one on the SEEG

84 stock went to 89

I bought the Freedom package which included the Power Commander.

84 stock (or 89 with the Techlusion) went to 101

Want it, 50 cents on the dollars takes it home

This is probably why I'm not in sales

Actually have two of them

One on the 03 Classic and the one that was on the SEEG

Pay your money and take your chances, it's your choice

Read the comments about the Power Commander by Hubbard in the Dyno section

DC Fireman likes the Zipper's ECM

For me it's a toss up between the P/C and the Race Tuner. It depends on your tuner

Good luck [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

Better than stock if you consider running smoother and cooler performance.  All the pipes ,Mufflers and the air filter is/are stock. I not looking to push the stock motor for higher torque numbers I just wanted it to run with the correct A/F mixture it should have had from the factory before the EPA got involved. Its simple / for 150 bucks im guessing its got around 85 lbs of torque. For 1300 more dollars I could get maybe 95 to 100lbs. But it will still pull to 105mph with me and the O`l Lady before I let off.
I just put another one on my 05 Ultra . Just like tuning an old 428 Cj . Just takes a screw driver and a good ear.

I recently installed a TFI / DFO module to correct the lousy starting and low speed performance of the stock injection system.  Originally, the bike would either not start on the first attemp, or it would start and then stall 10 to 15 seconds later.  It also had a bucking / surging condition below 2200 rpm.  Now it starts first time every time, and settles into a much smoother idle.  The low speed surging is gone.

At this point my bike is bone stock, so the TFI seemed to be the most cost effective way to richen up the mixture.  If you only want to improve the driveability of the stock setup, in my opinion the TFI is the best way to go.  If you are looking for major torque and HP increases, you may want to look at the Race Tuner or PowerCommander (some of the other folks on this site could provide much better info than me on this).
