I am working on a softail springer chopper project and still haven't settled on a motor when I ran accross this on Ebay. I know many of you guys have experience with the Jims stuff so I thought I'd ask for advice. What are they beating around the bush about here - "EPA Compliant" Cam? 43mm throttle body? Is this CYA stuff for them to sell this? Thoughts / advise welcome.
