~Tom Petty

Purchased my CUSE3 in early April.  I have a little over 3k miles on it.  Have left the engine completly stock for the most part with the exception of V&H Slip on's.

Spoke with Capo over the weekend regarding his 110 drama and went to my dealers service writer to have a mechanic look at a oil stain on the back jug per his recommendation.  He came out and pronounced a blown rear head gasket.    :nervous:   He stated they fixed the same problem on another 110 last week.

I'm bringing it back in today for the repair.  They have one gasket set on hand for the repair so I'm happy to be accomodated to the head of Tuesday queue in order to get it done.  I'd prefer to have both done at the same time but, I cant wait.  I leave next week for my ride to Hollister (from Seattle) and back through Yosemite, Reno, Crater Lake, Blue Mtns of Oregon (2,700 miles) so having this gasket fixed before the departure rather during the ride is good.

The bike has been good to me so far so no real complaints.  In my case the dealer has been good to work with as well.  Cheers mates.

Got the bike back last night with the rear jug head gasket replaced.  :pepper: I think I'll take it around the block, via Hollister, to give it some exercise.
