Molly Hatchet and Joan Jett!

Went for a ride tonight with some friends to a Molly Hatchett/Joan Jett concert.  Molly Hatchet sounded good, but, holy cow are those guys old (ok, their my age, but they look old!)

Joan Jett and the Blackhearts were amazing...  They kicked it but good!  She still has that outstanding strong voice - and is she ever in shape.  Looked fantastic.  I don't know if the lead guitar is original to the band or not, but he sure could play...

The best part is I rode to the concert...  to a few of you who know what I did to myself a week ago - that was major...!!   :huepfenjump3:

Good deal :2vrolijk_21: . Glad you had fun and everything is going ok. 

When Jorge mentioned a few days ago about going to an Air Supply concert the first thing that came to me was "aren't they dead?"  It it keeps going sometime very soon an old rocker is actually going to die of natural causes.  Wait, George Harrison already did.

Natural causes for some old freeze dried hippy might just be alcohol poisoning or a drug over dose!!!!!

Molly Hatchet was one of the first cassette tapes I ever owned...started the upgrade path from 8 track (had Foreigner and Cheap Trick - and bunch of others on 8 track)  Lynyrd Skynyrd was the first cassette I ever owned. 

Boston was the first CD I got, wanted to hear that amazing music in digital!

Thanks for the memories...  Was watching the History of Metal last night...  Judas Priest!  Had 14th Row Floor for the Screamin for Vengeance tour - OH MAN!!

Well with Molly Hatchet being from Jax, FL we saw them often... :huepfenjump3:

Joan Jett has been traveling often lately and several customers of mine are enjoying it...I will try to take her in if you cums into my area.
