Hello all
I tried to upload some new afr's into bike today.
First time with supersert, but I am auto tech, so programing is nothing new to me, or so I thought.
I found map that worked with my ecm, adjusted afr's to where i wanted them.
Then proceeded with download, program said 100% complete, so I unpluged.
Then it popped up programing incomplete.
After that, bike wont start, when I plug in sert, I get no vehicle info anymore.
I thought no big, didnt take map, so i tried to up load a new map, wont let me.
When I try to start bike, no fuel pump or engine light.
Alittle help would be great.

Shop coming to pick up bike in a few hours.
Found another thread, guy had to have ecm replaced for same thing.
Just dont understand, it said 100% complete, never had this problem on cars, just goes to show ya,

The New Pro Tuner from Harley has several glitches and you just found one one of them.  The problem is once you exited the tuner program it lost the back up info that it stores as the tuner is rewriting the ECM so now the Dealer has to give birth to you ECM with a stock down load....once the codes are back in the ECM it will work fine. When you use the tuner again leave the program run after the map was installed, turn off the ignition switch for 10 seconds then disconect the tuner.
