Topic: Looking for a reputable tattoo artist in Hampton Roads, VA area (Read 2299 times)

My 16 year old nephew would like to get a tattoo for Christmas this year and NC has changed the laws. In NC you have to be at least 18 years old to get a tattoo; in VA it is 16 with a consenting adult present. If those of you in the Hampton Roads, VA area know of anyone reputable and good at what they do, that you would trust working on your 16 year old nephew or son, please let me know. This person also has to be able to draw out a design.

Found this thread on a forum when I did a search for "Hampton Roads, VA" and "Tattoo artist" together. Looks like there are several in the area.
