I was told today that the standard Race Tuner is no longer available and that you have to buy the Super. Is this correct? Anybody know for sure? The added features didn't seem like something I would use at my level.

My dealer told me the same thing. $450 or so. WTF?

It is expensive, if he's selling it to you at 450, it's discounted.

Congrats to the new bike(s) that everyone is getting.  Wonderful chance to see the truck delivering your bike, in it's "Your HOG has Arrived" box, with the hair nets, and everything.  I love this time of year.  Enjoy, and keep sharing.

Today I went to my dealer just in time to see my bike being unloaded. I had to stay while they took it out of the box and roll it into the shop. Looked just like Carlos pics but this one was mine. No rain here so I'm taking the next few days off work and gonna ride.

Yahoo!  Great timing.  Congratulations, and enjoy.  Too bad you were not joining us down in Maggie Valley as your break-in weekend here.  What fun would that be?

ha funny you should mention air in the shocks. That was one of the questions I asked the service guy. He assured me there was 15- 20 lbs. After a day or two I checked and there was 0 lbs. Also while I was installing my license plate frame I discovered a nut that secures the license bracket was only threaded on the nut a few turns. What does PDI stand for and why did I pay for it???

I'd suggest you "nut and bolt" your entire bike.  When I did mine, I found the floorboard bolts loose, the header pipe bolts loose, the rear two muffler bolts loose, the oil cooler bolts loose, the front tank mounting bolts loose and the tourpak mounting bolts loose.   And the rear mounting bolt for the seat was missing.  And the seat heater was plugged into the accessory connection.  I had a similiar experience with my two previous bikes also.  My dealer and I have come to an understanding that I am willing to pay MSRP and nothing else.  No setup, no shipping, nothing.  They agreed and so did I.  :nixweiss:
