After taking in the comments here and from a few others, I think I'll look into doing the SERT, new air intake and pipes (and get things dyno'd) over the winter months. At this point I might be looking at a set of True Duals.
Don't just look at the stuff. Go and buy it. After all this site is about making you spend $$$$ on your bike. And while you're at it, add some chrome as well ;-)

I'm also looking into the best choice for ECM programing and maybe replacement, and would like to here from those of you
using wide band o2 sensors and in what combinations with SERT, PC, ThunderMAX, ect....??????????????????

I fitted a HeadQuarters Pro Tuner, which works with the SERT loaded map to manage a constant low AFR.  It certainly makes mine run MUCH cooler.
