Problem with Super Tuner
« on: September 25, 2008, 08:52:03 PM »

Hi, Newbie here with a problem with my Super Tuner. I bought a Duracell in June and got a tuner with it, I dragged my computer down to my garage one night to download a base map but the program didn't have my bike info. The green bike lit up but no VIN or other info. I found out I needed to download an update and I did that. I hooked everything back up again but now the green bike light won't light and I can't get to the programs like I could the first time :nixweiss:.
I've hooked and unhooked everything and checked all connections but no go.
Any ideas on what the problem could be?
Is there a way to check the tuner for a malfunction?
Thanks for any help I can get.

Here's my baby.

Here's a little tutorial that might help you.

If you want more info Harley also sells a CD on how to use the Super Sert.

Couple of things to check:

1) make sure your ignition is in the ignition position. Accessory will not work.
2) make sure your run switch is in the run position.

Have you updated the firmware in the SERT?  The software update may require it.
