HELP Race tuner

My race tuner will not connect to my bike.  Continuous red line between bike and tuner in bottom left.
Bike on
Run switch on
All connections good.
What am I missing?

are you connecting via USB or Serial? In either scenario you need to make sure your computer is handshaking with the interface connected to the ECM. If your are connecting via USB make sure your drivers are set up correctly. Your SERT should have instructions explaining this. If you are connecting via Serial, make sure your com ports are set correctly in the Coms pull down.

O K I got it.  I was not letting the computer finish with the install of the software.  Not a future for me in computers, but I did get the base map loaded for performance air cleaner and exhaust.
Now I need to bundle up and try it out.  A little cold here in IL...at 9:00pm.
