What am I missing here?  Less power to 4000 and not significantly more until 5000?

remember this is at 100% throttle...it is not noticeably softer in normal riding...forgot to say the old tune was with 7 fewer discs...that's the reason the midrange tq went down...with the 10% larger throttle blade, the throttle response is actually better, despite what the chart shows

In a light bike it doesn't matter that it comes in late. If you are happy with the build that is all that matters.

been tinkering with the bike some more...put the stock a/c cover back on...kinda looks silly 'cause it's 1-1/2" shallower than the bob wood filter...he wanted over $100 for a cover, couldn't see paying that...removed 4 discs from the muffler...seat of pants says the midrange torque improved a lot...it was loading up and dying at stoplights so I hooked up the laptop to the power commander and minus 5'ed the whole fuel matrix, both cylinders...it's running pretty good now, time to hit the dragstrip!

If I may update...retuned yesterday...we tried using more discs and fewer in the 'trapp, no gain...we tried timing swings, no gain...the conditions were +10*F and +15% humidity, so peak numbers were a few points lower than the chart I posted

FINAL VERDICT:  love the horsepower inc throttle body...throttle response is improved 100%...the chart doesn't EVEN do it justice...highly recommend it for anyone running a 110"...revs much quicker and hits the rev limiter really fast in lower gears...I'd definitely do it again...final cost for tb, injectors, a/c, and tune:  $1300

only thing I'd do different: crank compression up to 215#, add 2 oil coolers, measure deck height and mill cyls if necessary
