American Iron Magazine upcoming CVO 110" article
« on: October 31, 2008, 02:09:12 PM »

FYI

I was looking at the Dec 08 AIM. In the "Coming Next Month" section it list
Techline:
Harley's CVO 110"

FWIW: I know the feeling of many is this is to little to late. I'm hoping this article may shed some light to others of the problems the 110's have experienced / experiencing. If the conversations just stay with us nagging at each other there is no chance anything will change.

I already got you covered on this one Howie.  FTF! FAIM!   ;D

Donnie will say they run too hot, so you need to replace the oil cooler with a Jagg.   :orange:

They are not going to say anything negative about it.  American Iron ain't no Consumer Reports.  Just a re-gurg of the Harley press releases.

When I need the real scoop on a product, a forum like ours always tells it like it is....

I guess I would have to agree.  Several of Donny's articles seem to be selling a product rather than giving a general education about how things work.  -I still enjoy 'em though.  But come one, three issues about how oil coolers work? :confused5:

I think you could start a really popular magazine by taking the best posts from this site and putting several of them together each month!  There are some people here who have more hands on experience and innovative ideas than the rag salesmen.
