My thoughts:

First, I really like her new bike.  Some people think white Harleys all look like cop bikes.  I happen to like darn near all Harleys in white pearl.  Relly good color.

Second, let her take the MSF course and be patient while she learns and gains confidence.  Like others have pointed out, hazards to riders come in many forms.  It took me a while to learn to ride with an increased awareness and a different set of limitations than driving a car. And then I transferred those increased awareness factors to my car driving.  I would agree to follow her,, allowing her to set the pace and make the "go, no-go" decisions ar ther own comfort level.  Emphasize that you're never sitting back there thinking "hurry up".

Lastly, Jock's comment reminds me of my own situation.  My wife is pretty adventurous but she has never even mastered a car with a manual transmission (rev up, lurch, choke...search for next gear--griiiinndd, whoops, that wasn't it!!  That sort of thing)..  The thought of trying to get her to make a hand clutch and foot shift second nature scares me to death.  I assume your bride is already at least that comfortable with manual controls.

Good luck and congratulations.
