Installed my new PC on my 08 SERK, big sucker and rush slip ons. Tried a few different maps from fuelmoto, DJ and some from the forums. When I start the bike it labors and makes a few noisy starter noses and the finally starts after the second or third time. Even burped out of the ac once. I took it in to the stealer and they checked the ACRs and the were fine and said it was the PC. Well I took the PC off and it starts fine, no problems or strange sounds. My question is if I get a dyno can they adjust the PC so the hard starting goes away?

I had the same problem you are having with mine.  My dealer called Power Commander and found out that only the newer PC's are compatible with the 110 engine.  PC was willing to send them a new model to replace on my bike but was going to take over a week, so I had a Super SERT installed and my bike runs great now.  I'm sure if I had been willing to wait for the new PC it would have worked.
