heated grips?  What is that?

You remember what those are Candy.  Look over in the corner of the garage.  You've got a pile about waist high of old dead ones.  (waist high to you anyway)

Yeah....  But hanging holiday ornaments from them does not count as a duty cycle.

Even in Hawaii when the winter weather sets in. Not as cold as the mainland, but all the same when cruzing on the roads.

I know the feeling...metal parts inside the body don't like cold. :(

The doc wanted to operate on my pinkie one more time. I'm resisting because the rest of my hand is doing good, now I'm thinking "resistance".... hmmmm, if he would use the right parts and leave a couple post sticking out I could connect up to the battery and warm it up from the inside.  :2vrolijk_21:

Do everyone's heated grips eventually fail or is there just a high incidence?  Mine still work, but I think they add only marginal value when used in conjunction with heated gloves.  Without the heated gloves, I'm doubting that they would be of much value on their own...at least is 20 degree weather.  I'm figuring that they will be nice when the temperature dips down a bit at the end of a day in the spring and fall and may actually be nice with thin gloves.

Set number three are lying dead in my bars. Tired of changing them out. Each failure resulted in dead short. Not sure what is failing on these, but you would think Harley would get it right by now.
