I received a letter in August 2008 from CVO operations President. The letter requested to take the bike to an authorized dealer for a factory upgrade. Is anybody familiar with this upgrade. What is the purpose and what it will do to the bike. I understand that it is related to the engine. I will appreciate if anybody can provide further information.

Welcome to the site. And yes if what your talking about is 0905 campaign or "fix" is new heads with new gaskets, new valve guides,and new ACR's, case bolt, and gaskets. There are threads with all this info. Good luck and enjoy this great site.
