My 07 did exactly the same thing, the dealer fooled with it several times and never corrected the problem, it never left a code, I had been told by several tuners that some of the 07's had a glitch in the ECM and installing an aftermarket ECM would correct the problem, I swapped the bike before I got to that point, It never bothered me enough to leave the bike at the dealership so the tech could run the crap out of it for a week or so, but it does sour your disposition when it happens on a group ride.

Check a few things

When the dealer replaced the O rings did they align the intake when installing...it could still be leaking

Check for an air leak between the intake and TB

Look into the TB with the breather off and check the butterfly. There have been cases where the stem in the butterfly is cracked or broken

Delphi's have had a problem with wires connecting to the TB

Remove the main fuse and check with an ohm meter the wires to the AIS and both injectors..wiggle the wires and you might be surprised to find an intermittent problem
