i have a new set of screaming eagle bagger  mufflers, bought new in 05,  will they fit an 09 bagger

I dont know what model pipes you have, but if they fit an 05 they will fit 95-09

Frames are different, but, the mounting for the mufflers are the same back to '95. I have the same mufflers on my '95 AND on my '09, (cats have been removed)
09 CVO bikes have a cat in the header pipe, prior to '09 the cats are in the mufflers.
