RG lowers speaker pods
« on: January 27, 2009, 03:47:38 PM »

All;

I know that many of us have been interested in putting speakers in our lowers for our RG's.  I came across this thread today on another site and thought that I would post for us here.  No, I do not know this indivusal at all.  I did speak to him today to discuss ordering a set for myself.  Anyway, here is the link to the thread at HDFoums.com.  I hope it helps someone.

Adding anything, no matter how hare brained the idea, is all too often too much fun when it comes to bikes.  And more speakers isn't even hare brained :2vrolijk_21: .

Can see from his photos that getting the lowers on and off will no longer be a five minute chore per side though.  And come warmer weather the Road Glide lowers need to come off.  Think that for me simplicity would win out on this one.

Trying to get anything out of those while riding is a chore.
