Are 2011 CVOs coming with Syn 3?

I have seen a few 2011 CVOs, and have not seen a syn 3 sticker on the primary ( as in years past). Are they still filling all 3 holes with synthetic, or have they cut back?

Just picked up our new CVO Road Glide Tuesday and it had the Syn 3 sticker on the primary.
