Ok a little background here since my Orange Jester was in the shop getting "improved" I had the following real improvements done. I hit the whole gamut on changes from safety, cosmetic, temperature, and performance.

CNC port the new heads
50mm throttle body
CNC port throttle body
SE-251 cams
D&D Fat Cat Exhaust (old exhaust was V&H Big Shot Duals loved the looks & sound not the perf)
SE pushrods
Darkhorse Flywheels
Timken Bearing
Diamond cut cylinders & heads

I live in Michigan so I still haven't given it the seat of the pants test but I will post back when I do.  I can tell you though beyond any shadow of a doubt that the torque curve is exactly what I wanted and freaking can't wait.

Oh and both dyno runs are my bike.

The original run was done on my 1k service when I just did the SE/AC + V&H Exhaust + SERT the 2nd dyno run was after the laundry list of changes.

Yes Ken talked about milling the heads though I do not know to what degree.  I will get exact specifics from him this weekend  :drink:

Thanks for all your feedback when I was hemming and hawing over the upgrades.  I was having serious buyers remorse for a while but upon seeing the completed gig and looking at the torque curve I'm jacked up right now.  I want to ride this bike around the mountains now.

Also thanks again for being such a good friend around my 31st birthday on my motorcycle tour with the free lodging & garage space, yankee tickets, and ground zero tour that was awesome.

It's an SE 50mm TB and it comes with 4.89 injectors! ;)

INteresting numbers for your 110.   You're going to like it for sure.   I'm just trying to figure out how they got those numbers with your mods vs my numbers and mods on a 103 SEUC.

Decked heads, rings, everything polished ported, SS 570 cam, V&H pro pipe==120lbs of torque and 110 HP.

I wonder just how much BS is invloved with these dyno runs???

I would have thought with the larger TB your numbers would have been substantially higher than mine with a 110
