Ohio Dealer's can't sell extended warranty with tire protection.

I was told today by my selling dealer that Ohio law no longer allows them to sell the tire and wheel protection, only the standard extended warranty. I searched all over the internet looking for something that might have changed in regards to Ohio consumer law/protection with no success, anyone heard of a similar thing?

Call one of the other dealers.  There are several of the internet dealers who'll sell you what you what.

Call Jenni at Tri County Harley in Fairborne (might be Fairfield near Cincy)  and see what she says.  She will at least give you 20% off and the correct answer.

FWIW - I got the tire warranty last July. Haven't heard of anything new to change that. I'll check around w/ my dealer.

I talked to Jenni today and she confirmed that Harley no longer offers the tire/wheel coverage in Ohio....

She does offer a great price tho.

If you buy the ESP wth tire coverage outside of Ohio, will the Ohio dealers honor the tire coverage provisions if you have a failure inside the state?
