I have the adjustable floorboards for the passenger on the 07 SEUC and cannot seem to get them where they need to be for the wife.  I do have the George Anderson relocation kit on the way for the tour pack, but do not know if this will help with her feet and legs.  Someone else said to possibly swap the brackets from left to right, and I wondered if anyone had done this or if there are any other suggestions out there?  I am suspecting that back of her legs are still going to hit the crash bars even with the tour pack moved back, and it would be uncomfortable.  Has anyone also seen any type of pads or padding you can put on those parts of the crash bars?  Let me know any thoughts and thanks.

I suppose you could use some of that plumbing pipe insulation... you know? The stuff that's sort of a long grey tube with the split down one side? You could cut it to length. Of course, it probably won't take any paint, so color-matching is gonna be a b!+@h!!!

I bought George's kit and my wife says it's like a different bike now.  The extra room allows her to ride for longer periods and her comfort level has improved 100%.  I don't know about the crash bar issue since that was never a problem before.  Another benefit is that I can hear the stereo much clearer now with her on back and there was plenty of room to add passenger grab rails after the relocation.

Are you referring to swapping the passenger footboard brackets left to right? If so, they are a matched set and are interchangable. They are also adjustable up and down. My wife is 5'2" and I added a 1" extension to her footboards that moved them out. I also raised them to the highest position.

The Kuryakyn 4505 adjustable/retractable passenger footpegs can also give her other options to place her feet while riding.  Kinda like using the rider's highway pegs...just allows you to change positions now and then.

Check out the link and watch the video

I just ordered a set from Custom Dynamics for $144.  (Even got 5% more off that and free shipping).  Lowest price I found.  They list at $199.

Had them on our '07 Ultra and the wife loved them.

Good luck...lots of other good advice so far.  A combination of these may do the trick.

Yes, I have looked at these, but they do not match the floorboard very well unfortunately.  I may have to give them a shot to see if they work better for her.  Thanks again.

No, the peg part does not match the rest of the bike.  I am getting HD pegs that match the CVO highway pegs and am going to install those on the Kuryakyn arm to match.  They do not mount the same, so an adapter is needed.  Problem is, it will make them stick out farther.  I may get some sort of machine work done so I can mount the peg directly to the Kuryakyn arm, without the adapter.  Won't really know until I get all the parts in.  The HD CVO pegs have to be ordered in individual parts that make up the peg, no kit is available yet (to my knowledge).

Below is a pic I found in another thread where someone did what I plan on doing, just with a different mount.  You can see it all sticks out farther than the Kuryakyn peg would.  I will post again the mount I will use if I can't figure out a better way to shorten it up.

This is the thread where the above pic came from.

Below is a pic of the adapter I may use.  It is Kuryakyn #8061.  The bolt that attaches the peg is recessed and makes for a cleaner look IMO.
I may have to drill out the threaded hole in the 4505 Arm in order for the adapter's bolt to go thru, which is what they did in the pic above.  This is my last resort if I can't make it work a shorter way.

I really want things to match on this $$$$ bike as best I can, so I'll do what it takes, I guess.
