Had one installed on mine with exhaust and cam change.  No problems yet.  Runs really good.

I've got a bog standard FLHTCUSE4 and got the PCV fitted before delivery.  It was dynoed by Dynojet UK to create the map. I preferred the idea of not altering the "brain" in the bike, so that I could always easily go back to standard.

I've posted the Dyno runs on the Twin Cam part of the forum (I think under 110" - richen AFR)and you can see it's running richer and smoother, especially at part throttle.  I've yet to get her on the road yet as we've got builders in, paving in front of the garage.

I bought one from Fuel Moto for my 08' SERK. It works awesome, and the map feels perfect.
