I guess you have to go the way of all the others too .
One shield is good for this one guy but bad for the other one and that one which is the super one for that guy is not worth to talk about for the next one .
Read the threads and make up your own mind ,  I will try the Windvest 12" next ( more recurve than Clearview ) and the CV sport because of the look , the CeeBaileys 15" TRSSC did not work for two up rides for me , Too much turbulences with 6.1 and 33 ins... with signature seat , for others it works , hmmm .

There's always a full face helmet!   :2cr_01:   :helmet:

As we are the same height / inseam I offer this. I have the Clearview 9" dark tint recurve and the light tint GT Med. The 9" looks great and is acceptable for around town but is only slightly better than the stock deflector on the highway. The GT Med looks awefull, IMO, but to perfect for me on the highway. There is virtually no wind, or head bouncing, and the stereo is clear and loud at 1/2 volume.

Thanks guys the dealer put a klockwork on it for now. At 55 and above it is worthless. Maybe a windvest. lot like the bike might require 2 screens??

I have the 12" darksmoke Windvest, it works O.K. Reminds me of the SEEG which I had the 9" Harley Shield on. It is a keeper, just wished it would fit with the mldg that came on the new bike vs using the old style gasket.
Wind hits top of my fore head, just about hairline (yes I still have hair). No buffeting at 70 - 80 mph. Haven't had wife on yet with it, but she hated the Klockwerks worse than I did.

Just curious how tall are you and what's the inseam?

You might try a smaller profile helmet- (depending on your personal or state safety requirement that is.) I have used the non-DOT lid, it hugs the head- and you don't get the buffeting like on larger 3/4 anf full face helmets-

Thats not going to get me what I want. Not only is hard to see from the buffeting but you can't hear the radio! :orange:
