I'm happy to say that I don't actually have (or need) this sign.  It wasn't always the case.  My neighbor moved in 2 years after me.  I have a 27ft round above ground pool that he discovered was 2 ft closer to the property line than code required. (Code is 5ft and mine was at 3ft)  He complained to the village and they made me move it!   Messed up my landscaping, lights etc.  not to mention that it holds 20,000 gallons of water which we pay for in my area.

The fortunate thing was that I didn't pull the permit the intsaller did and the village did inspect and approve the installation so they ate the cost after several rounds of "less than polite negotiation"  >:(

In the long run (now 7 years later) I'm happy the pool is where it is but it took a while to get over how p@ssed I was at him.

Good luck!
