Slip ons for 2012 convertible or something else?
« on: January 08, 2013, 07:44:11 PM »

Ok, it's time!  Would like to punch up the sound of my bike.  Do not want ear splitting noise, just a deeper Harley sound.  I am not mechanically minded and know nothing of maps, tunes etc.  Can you guys steer me towards a plan without getting too technical?  It's difficult to choose something when you can't listen to it.  Therefore I bow to your expertise.

A very good sounding muffler (slip-on) that performs well too, plus the price is more than right, is the CycleShack series ''M'' slipons. These are a great choice.

Well, if you need a good sound & same stock look but a bit smaller muffler , ease your mind & go with V&H slash cut

Thanks for your input.   I have ordered V&H's 3 in. slash slip ons.  I heard them today on another bike.  I'm good to go.

Thanks again!
