I'm having starting issues as described in this thread with my '03 SERK.  Grinds and sounds terrible sometimes.  The problem is intermitent.  So, do the '03 CVO 103s have the ARCs?  Could downloading a map to a PC III cause the ACRs to turn off?

I'm taking mine into the dealer tomorrow but would appreciate any advice/ideas any of you have prior to going to the dealer.

No compression releases on the 103's unless they were added by the owner.  There have been others with starter issues on 103's however, anything from the starter itself to the ring gear teeth on the clutch and/or the starter drive gear.  They will need to do normal diagnostics.

My friend had the problem on his 03 SERK.  His solution was very simple...he traded it on an 08 SEUC.

TOOK MY 09SEUC TO THE DEALER ON THURSDAY FOR STARTING ISSUSES THEY TOLD ME TODAY THE STARTER CLUTCH WAS TOAST. HOPEFULEY THIS WON'T BE A ON GOING ISSUE THEY DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THE ACR'S
