A message received fron our director today 8th July 09
I am very sad to have to inform you all that I have just received a message from Jake's aunt Tracy. Jake finally lost his fight at 01.00 this morning. We all knew that this day was coming but nevertheless it hurts when it arrives.

Enough said

Sorry to hear of Jake's passing. My prayers to the family. Jake fought a great fight and is an inspiration to all who came in contact with him. I know he is better off sitting next to God in the Kingdom of Heaven.
