First, let me start by saying that if you're running a "canned" map in a Power Commander, spend the time (and money) to get it tuned. I recently changed the cams in my 110" to the 251's. The installing dealer ran the bike on the dyno for a hour to help break in the engine and make sure that the "canned" map I was using was not going to burn anything up. While I was extremely happy with the 251 cams, I did not realize the difference until it was tuned by a qualified person specifically for my engine.

Wow, this has really made a difference. Now, my numbers may not be what the "race gurus" demand but for my style of riding and my expectations, they are very satisfying in terms where it matters to me: "seat of the pants". The numbers are ~ 99hp & 110tq. As I have said, these numbers mean nothing to me as it's how the bike rides and feels that counts.
The person that tweaked my Power Commander III was Rob from
Roadhog Motorcycles. He owns a mobile Dyno tuning trailer with everything necessary to do the job. He took the time to do it right and it shows. The best part of this guy's setup is that he will make it easy for you to get to. From his website: "WE ALSO WILL STOP FOR DYNO JOBS ON ROUTE TO DESTINATIONS. JUST GIVE US A CALL AND FIND OUT WHERE AND WHEN WE WILL BE ABLE TO MEET YOU. YOUR HOME, WORK, BAR, OR WALMART PARKING LOT."
So, without further adieu:
