I had the engine replaced at 9k with all the upgrades on it, now at 20k and no problems. I am loving it.

Update:

faulty rockerbox gasket - comparatively small leckage. Should be fixed by new gasket. Evidently caused when high-compression pistons were installed. So nothing against the MoCo

Got more than 19,000 miles on my '08 CUSE (built end of May, '08) and no leaks at the cylinder or head. I did have a gasket failure at the oil filter adapter AND I had a rear cylinder compression release fail, both fixed under warranty. Runs strong.

I took my 08 back to the dealer three days ago for leaks. I had the upgrade installed 6,000 miles ago. Looks like some get done right the first time and others don't.

Similar story, 13000+ miles on my 09 Softail Springer, & no seepage or leaks either
