I ordered the Bazooka kit that comes with Amp and 2 speakers for $369. The amp is 2ohm stable so I plan to add 6 1/2's inside by the forks like in the pics above. If im not happy with the sound from the bazooka speakers in the dash I will order the 6 1/12 adaptors.

I like the idea of 6x8's but $149 for adaptors is crazy, plus they dont even fit right.

Don't know where your getting your info, but those adapters fit perfect. As for the price, for the $149, you get the adapters AND the aluminum powder coated grills. Pretty nice deal.

Ace-n-8s got it right...If $149 is too much for you thats one thing, but they do fit great and the 6x8 ROCKS !  you know its more than just a speaker adapter. not cool to post a steaming pile if you dont have first hand knowledge......have a nice day
