Does anyone have the part numbers for the light bars with the screamin eagle script on it from the 08 & 09 Ultra's?

You mean on the Tourpak?  Cheapest way is to buy the ordinary kit (68172-06) - that also gets you the mounting template & wiring harness - which comes in black, and have it painted.  The you just need the Squealin' Beagle script (54021-09), but that is a restricted part.....

No, by light bar I think he means the whole thing, with the insert that says "Screamin Eagle"
