Pass back rest
« on: April 28, 2009, 03:33:53 AM »

Just got a good ride in and my other half said she thought the left side of the back rest seemed loose. I get to lookin and the one rubber isolator is bad. Looks like it was defective. I call the dealer and they tell me it is removable and they stock em. Looks to me like it is riveted on. Anyone else have this problem?

I picked up the bike from the dealer - all isolators replaced under warranty (2 of the 3 had broke)

They actually unscrew and are easily replaced. There is a bulletin out on them. Turns out it is no big deal.
