Email Details - Customer Service Dept
« on: October 08, 2008, 02:28:04 AM »

Hi All,

Can anyone advise of an email address - Customer Service, Tech Dept etc; that I can contact to
try to resolve delays in sorting out the problems with my CVO motor?

It has been off the road for over a month now and every new issue has to be referred to Harley (Asia) for comment
before any further action can be taken. ......They are not exactly quick either.   Just taking so long, so thought going to HQs may help...... :nixweiss: :nixweiss: :nixweiss:

Cheers

Where are you? Have you suggested to your dealer that as you paid for a motorcycle you can't ride that maybe they should just refund your money or replace the motorcycle with one you can ride even if it's one of their demo bikes untill they fix yours. That hould help put a bomb under them as they sound like they just don't give a chit about customer service. Good luck.

H-D has not really been helpful when using eMail. In fact on their website it states "Sorry, we're unable to receive e-mail at this time." - and this has been there for several years! Better give them a call. You can start of with customer service at +1 (414) 343-4056.

Ride safely,

Hi All,

Many thanks for your replies.
I have asked for a replacement bike, but in Singapore that service is not provided!!
I phoned Harley Monday morning - your time.  Took my VIN number and said they could not do much
and would pass on my concerns to Singapore.
Also contacted the Regional Head - well his office in Indonesia anyway.
Was informed he was on holiday and the line was cut........called back and was informed
he was in a meeting  :confused5:, took my contact number but no return call.
Shall keep trying I guess.........

Cheers

Boy that sure sounds familiar. I suggest you demand to make an appointment with a factory warranty rep right-a-way. Don't waste a second, do it now! And when you talk to the representative make sure you hold your cool but let him/her know you are upset and demand immediate resolution. The factory reps should be able to do something. Wished i could go in more detail with my experience but i cant since nondisclosures are involved. Just don't give up and don't mess with the local dealers.

My advise is CALL them . Email gets deleted , call ask for help with your issues . Probably no one gives a rats ass but at least you can tell them what you think.

Hi Big Dog,

I have called them twice.  The last time being yesterday.
Will see what transpires following yesterday's call.
Did not know about the 'Factory Warranty Rep' until I read the
last post by SportGordy.  They will be the next step.

Many thanks......
