I am trying to decide which one of these to go with on my SERG, dont really want to do anything else but
hear it better and increase in power would be great. I want to go with the Kuryakyn Crushe mufflers just dont
know which header to use. I also considered cleaning the cat out of the stock header any suggsetions.

No real reason to replace your stock head pipe as long as you remove the cat.  There is no shortage of exhaust information on this site.  You can start here: http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=28086.0.

Good luck.

Just a short note of what I know about this topic.  I removed the cat and  installed Rinehart Eagle Beaks.  At the same time, a buddy had his in the same shop installing V&N Power Duals and Ovals.  My bike dyno tuned at 93 hp, 114 tq, his was 117 hp and 115 tq.... so, there is a diff in spending a little more cash for a header that moves more air.

115 TQ is about average for a tuned 110" with free-flowing exhaust and intake, however, 117 HP is well above the norm without other mods, or a very generous dyno!

Both bikes were on the same dyno and done by the same tuner... and no other mods - that he will admit to at least ;)
