The housing on the SERG A/C is exactly the same as the housing on the Ventilator A/C - The element is exposed the same amount.  The only difference is the oval name plate in the center.  The SERG A/C comes with a rain sock as well.

Rain Sock did come with the unit I have on the bike.  I chose to use the Eagle emblem vs. the stock one that came 09 SEUC that says 110.
