I got everything but the brackets on the bottow left.  I got 4 of the rubber grommets.   Am I missing the needed bracket for the 4 point docking?

The brackets on the lower left are your 4-point docking kit.  If you're only going to do the back rest, I think you'll only need a 2-point dock as the inside groove on the top shock mounts are the front mounts for the backrest.

If you want the rack to work, the 4-point is what you'll need.

My '09 SERG had just the 2-point for the backrest and I had to purchase the 4-point to make the tour-pak hook up.

So buy the 4-point kit and you should be able to them all.

Yes, there appears to be parts missing.  However, while I'm not certain, I believe your scooter came with a two-point docking mount.  The missing parts for the four point docking mount are to be obtained from the removed two point docking mount.  But, the installation instructions might clarify what's what.

I contacted the seller and he confirms he forgot to ship out the brackets.  I wanted to know here as I did not want him telling me that the brackets were not needed.
