Dental floss works well. I have also used a small pick to get behind them and pull. The reflectors on the forks break somtimes whren doing it this way. Clean tape residue with WD-40

wd-40 works great, but take your time and let it soak on the glue and foam for 15 min and it will wipe right off.

Take a hair dryer heat up a corner of the reflector a bit and start working the two way tape away with a small utensil like a dental pic. After you have peeled the bulk of the reflector or sticker away use Harley Glaze or simular to take away the glue type material left on surface. Take your time and it is a relative easy process (heck I even did it - OK I will admit it I watched a friend remove mine...LOL...but I did use the glaze to wipe the sticky chit off)

Thanks, ::) yeah I took all the reflectors and stickers off my scooter
Other than the sticker on the frame down tube by the shifter

Didn't that sticker use to be on the down tube frame on brake side?

the fork reflectors are the easy ones, mine just popped right off when i pulled on them. the fun ones are the rear fender reflectors. those should be done with care. slide the dental floss or fishing line behind the reflector
and just cut through the foam, the reflector will just drop to the floor. then spray the left over glue and foam
on the fender with WD-40 and just let it sit for 15-30 min, it will not harm the paint. the longer you let it sit the easier it will come off, you can respray a couple of times since it will drip down, but when its done dissolving the glue it will wipe away with one swipe. then some bug and tar remover or polish to finish the job.

Took mine off the forks last night...no problem.  Still trying to decide on the rear fender...not sure i want to risk scratching it.

I use dental floss to saw the reflector off.  Then, use a heat gun or hair dryer to soften the remaining foam/glue and you can roll it off with your thumb.  Took me about 10 minutes to do both sides on the rear fender today.  No scratches.  Looks good.

Ok, that does look way better without reflectors. I am doing mine tonight. Thanks for the info.
