Here's the link to H-D's website describing the ESP (Extended Service Plan) but it does not provide any specific pricing.  I purchased mine almost a year ago right before the factory warranty expired.  I paid $1644 ($1,494 + $150) for the 7-yr. without opting for the tire/wheel option.  This was MSRP.  I called many local dealers & even out of state to find that the pricing was all over the place & never saw 20% discounts.  I have the brochure from last year that shows the MSRP pricing at that time.  Not sure if those prices have been revised & there was no premium at that time for CVOs.  Some dealers were very open about providing this literature freely while others did not.  Wish I could've found a dealer to sell it for 20% less.

Chicago H-D was actually one of the dealers that I called when I first started shopping the ESPs last year & I did hear about it from this site.  They were quoting MSRP at the time that was lower than the dealer where I purchased my bike.  I also called Zanotti in PA who I also heard about on this site who was willing to dicker but ended up buying it for MSRP at my dealer as my wife & I have gotten many steep discounts on clothes & accessories that have added up to some serious savings over the years.  Got to give back once in awhile.

To confirm what many here have already stated, I just completed the purchase of the HD 5 year Extended Warranty with tire and wheel coverage from Jenni for my 2010 CVO Street Glide. The transaction was very professional and completed in a few minutes. So now I can run over some screws and not worry.
