Thinking you are outta luck, these fit in the upper curved part of the fairing, right where your windshield bag fits.

I have an '04 without the dash pad.  They look like they would fit right in those areas. I hate the thought of drilling there though.  Does anyone have these installed yet to let us know how they work? I'd love to get some feedback... Thanks.

I like the fit & finish of the HOGPOD better.  I just prefer the look of a 1-piece unit as appose to the 2 little ones from Hawg Wired.

I also like the look of them painted rather than the leather look.  JMHO.

Does anyone know if a windshield bag can be used with these tweeter products?  It looks like the dash pad would interfere with a windshield....   besides, what is the purpose of a dashpad anyway?

The winshield bags will work with either the HOGPOD or Hawg Wired or your leather dash pad that came stock with the CVO Ultras.

There are a number of pictures on a different thread on this site showing them with the tweeters and dash pad.

I guess to dress up the dash and not allow us to use the dash glove box.

What, you don't know the purpose?  If we had to explain you probably wouldn't understand..................  just kidding. Its purpose is to beautify and enhance the already superior contours of the batwing inner fairing. Dare we argue with Willy G's taste in design enhancements solely for the sake of monetary gain? Seriously, it serves no other purpose other than to look good and cost us money. At least the Hogpod dash tweeter bar looks good and serves a purpose too. Don't be surprised if HD includes the Hogpod (or something like it) on future CVO touring models.

Yeah, that'll be the day!  Of course they'll offer it as an accessory.

The only thing that surprises me is that they haven't come out with their own H-D brand tweeter already... It's not like them to miss a good thing (or opportunity) when they see it.
