Removed my see-thru 1.75" Fullsacs. Low end torque is back with my  Supertrapp 3" 2+2 mufflers w/ 15 discs on my RK 103". Nice rumble at idle but 3rd & 4th gear slow cruise is not neighborhood friendly IM ears. Highway sound level barely acceptable. All in all a tad too loud for me

Has anyone tested the newly developed and fully adjustable 4" ST Fatshots (pn 728-71576) for sound level and torque performance on CVO baggers?

Not me personally, but a buddy put them on his 09 SE Road Glide after trying V&H and then D&D's.  Loves them good low end torque, nice cruising volume and loud when you hammer it.
