Leather Saddle Bags and Passing Lights for an 03 SERK?

I am picking up an 03 SE Road King.

I want to put passing lights on it (came stock without them) and to changed out the painted hard bags with black RK Classic leather saddle bags.

Not sure which passing lights will fit?

Not sure which RK Classic black leather saddles bags will bolt on with no hassle and what hardware I will need with them to swap them out for the painted ones?

Any help in figuring out which ones to purchase would be great!

Here's something that you might not know about the RK Classic leather bags. While they give the RK the nice classic look, the wrapped leather damages easily IMO when you lock and unlock the latch. Any time you open the saddlebag latch and your fingernail connects with the leather, it leaves a scratch. My wife left quite a few marks with her long fingernails.
I bought a set of the leather wrapped saddlebags with raised leather flames that were stock on the 2007 SERK's and I installed a lock kit for added security. These are holding up much better than the RK Classic leather saddlebags that came stock with my 06' RKC. I suggest that you consider buying a set of the 07' SERK bags rather than the RK Classic leather bags.

You'd be giving up a lotta room going that route though. I call them bags "Oversized Glove Compartments"! The classic bags are roomier than the SERK bags, more like the room the hard bags have. I wound up getting hard bags made for my SERK because of it! (and no, I'm not selling my SERK bags)! ;)

  I used this kit for the passing lights:  #69227-04  Mirage passing light kit and used these bulbs: #68208-98, halogen bulb kit for passing lights.  Then I wired them using this diagram so that they will stay on with high beams on:

   Here is the only decent pic I could find of the lights on my bike.  Not real close up but maybe you can see what they look like
