To Spyder....aka, spydglide,
I too was not close to Roberti Customs in fact I spend the majority of the year overseas at my home in Central-West Africa. Based in Louisiana, 200 miles away and I shipped my seat / bags off to Roberti, then through a series of emails, telephone conversations on the subject of materials to be used, design, Roberti took my ideas coupling them with his as well as his experience and delivered what you see. My message here being that Roberti does work for people all over the world (as you may see when viewing the testimonials and customer's MC section of his website) and time after time (or better job after job) he recieves accolades from his clients as to their appreciation.
Now get this part (which for me is the real selling point). Roberti works out of his garage. His work is performed one job at a time, in a no-rush manner with the highest level of quality being the objective. Along with Roberti is his 15 year old son, Mike that actually does all the tooling work. What you get from him is a "next door, old neighborhood" approach to care and consideration of what your striving for. I cannot (as apparent) emphasis enough how good this guy is. He's great to do business with, he's honest, he's not going to "yank your chain" and you'll get the absolute best in service and end-product.
To all - I greatly appreciate your comments and never imagined that I would receive such a response from my posting. Thanks Again.
