2009 CVO ultra glide Seems to have lost Torque around 3k rpm flat

Installed Cat less V & H 16759 with Fullsac 2" baffles and New breather with Fullsac map.  Feeling on bike, that it goes slowly up to full rpm from the way it was original. Anyone else with this problem.

The map from Fullsack is just a guess, at best, the pipe is not tested by him as of yet as far as I know. Use the original pipe and those mufflers and have him take the cat out of the stock pipe or buy one from a 96" assuming he has a map for identical build and you will be a lot closer.
